Hoopes a top golfer among D.C. lobbyists

Golf Digest publishes the handicaps of 150 Washington influencers Nat Hoopes (right) and his father, Claude, at The Kittansett Club in Marion, Mass. Nat Hoopes doesn't spend much time on the golf course these days, busy as he is getting a new trade group—the Marketplace Lending Association—off the ground. Nevertheless, Golf Digest recently recognized him as a power player.
